Faulty wiring interrupts theory test
A very unusual incident interrupted a theory test in one of the examination centres in Warsaw. The test started at five o"clock in the afternoon last Tuesday. There were fifteen people in the examination room. After a minute or two, suddenly everything went quiet. It was probably a power outage so nobody panicked. The examiner asked everyone to be patient. The computers should start working again in a few minutes. Then, the examinees would be given new sets and the test would start again. But nothing happened. What is more, there seemed to be something wrong with the wiring system within the building. The street lamps were working and light the buildings around the centre was also visible. Thirty minutes later, the computers started working again. Each person was given a new set of theory test and a time limit of twenty-five minutes. But when the time was nearly over, the computers stopped working again! This time, there was a strange wheezing sound coming from somewhere. Everybody was asked to leave the room and the secretary called an electrician and asked him to come as soon as possible and check what was wrong. The examinees were asked to call the examination centre within three days and rebook their theory test.
